Criminal Charges

The Minnesota Criminal Code of 1963 defines crime as conduct which is prohibited by statute and for which a person may be sentenced to imprisonment, a fine or both.

There are miscellaneous charges a person can find themselves up against.  These are all serious charges because they affect many areas of a person's life.
